Lighting Tell me some of the best LEDs on the market

Never heard of Bysen. Just looked at their web site and I like what I saw. Seems to be the "factory outlet" for Baeshing factory (the same way TopLED is the factory outlet for LG factory.).

I like that they provide the ratio of their spectrum. (I couldn't find their spectrum. Just the ratio. We kind of know red 630 is often referred to as orange. People who say "orange" will say "red" for deep-red which is 660. And then blue is normally 420-430. So, there's not a lot to assume about the spectrum compared to those who state the spectrum but not the ratio.).

I couldn't find them sold anywhere. Is this an AliExpress thing like Cidly? I'm a little nervous about AliE because it seems like it would be easy for someone to sell anything as a Bysen (or Cidly). No assurance it's the real thing. I like that aspect of TopLED (that it's more identifiable as the source for LG lights.).

They have the same ratio as hydrogrow without the green led. I've purchased five of the SP315w (9 spot) models directly through their website. I've used the same salesperson every time and would be happy to pass along her contact info to you if you are interested.

Let me get this straight, just checked out the topled site and a 400w mars 2 with flowering spectrum is $280... It seems as shipping is free to the us? If so than this is a no brainer and I may soon have one myself at that price

I thought the same thing when I saw that!

ding, ding, ding.....seems obvious, doesn't it? Except it's listed as $205 w/free shipping...Actual Draw: 170-200W

i think the $205 is for the full spectrum units, the option of the veg or flower only spectrum costs $80 extra

either way the prices are great.
goodluck with the purchase :bong:

FWIW: It's been reported (on the TopLED support forum at another site) that the flower spectrum came from an older Area 51 model. Evidentally through a member of that site named Jon. The A51 guy (Jeff) doesn't seem to care. He's very open about his lights. He remarked about it in a sarcastic tone (i.e., "good for them, they're catching up.").

Just wanted to mention that in case you (or anyone else) considers TopLED's flower spectrum Mars. Apparently it's a very good spectrum. But, (assuming Jeff's ongoing revisions are improvements) not as good as today's models.

I think TopLED lights are a good value. A safe bet. (I don't like how they play the "secrecy" game with their spectrum ratio -- especially after using someone else's.). But, when you pay $80 more for a custom spectrum (and pay shipping?)... for another $200 you get Jeff's latest, a lifetime warranty, the ability to upgrade light modules for about $200 when he revises his spectrum using new LED technology, etc.

And you're supporting a business practice which is beneficial to the community (transparency of his design, spectrum, etc.).

Ahhh, my bad...I thought yoda just meant "which includes bloom spectrum"....

Lots of new LEDs to check out they are definetly on the up and coming last time I looked around for LEDs there wasn't no where near the selection we have today, I'll order an led by the end of next week and once iv used it a bit ill post wether it's any good or not

I notice you want to spend money in pounds, but your location says legal weed land ;+}

If you're in the UK, Prakasa lights are good but work out around a pound per watt.

Bridgestar and Epilux hardware, good electronics inside. Solid build. Good customer service.

Thanks UIS :)

Those LEDs look good I'm looking at the 300w full spectrum one weird that it has green diodes must have some benefits though wattage was a little surprising I though it's be around 180w like my 270w grownorthern but it actually runs at 300w. Defiantly putting this on my list
