I have the RH up to 45-55% with the new humidifier, things are going alot better. Shes on day 32, the rootball has developed enough so things are really taking off now, growing about 3" a day or so. Im doing continuing lst and pruned off all the lower branches, im trying to get it in tge same shape as my last gwk, i got all huge colas. Im still giving it around 4:2:1 cutting edge trio, 15 grow 8 micro 4 bloom, 4ml silica, 7ml cal mag and 4 ml soul synthetics big swell to stimulate bud development. Ph is 5.8-6. I also just grabbed some more photosynthesis + bacteria, i used this last time i did dwc with mbap and grew the biggest plant ive ever had, bigger than a 5 month photo euforia mother plant i flowered. Well see what happens with that, i need to do a comparison with it. I used a shit load of it. Also, i do not like these eco air pumps. I have to take one apart. I think theyre little semi hermetic reciprocating compressors, and i think they have shitty parts. This one is putting out less and less air, its getting bad, and my other im not using is so fucking loud i had to remove it. I can repair these things, but ill have to source and order parts, which may end up being expensive with shipping, and waiting, and theyll probly break again if theyre the same shittu parts, i gotta see whats in there. Ive been busy studying for finals, i have a ton of shit to do today but this should be first, i keep seeing less and less bubbles...im gonna google them. Anyone have experience with these or reccomend a good pump? They werent cheap, its a 55 dollar pump. im kinda pissed, i kept them clean, made sure shit wasnt getting sucked in and clean the intake filter of potential dust bi weekly, but thats not the problem. Arg. I hate shitty shit, i shoulda read reviews and ordered online.

Edit*- actually, i shouldnt dispairage these pumps before i know for sure its not my fault, its possible i spilled a little coco or something and didnt notice, and it got pulled into it lol...im about to take apart the loud one

I might do that. Im worried about the wear on the fans starting so often. My giant humidifier arrived at my parents just now, gotta get it. Cant order stuff to my apartment thats too big for the mail box, the usps guy is too lazy to use the intercom and i end up having to go pick stuff up, real real annoying. Right now its 34%, which i guess is where itll sit when ambient outdoor is below freezing. I hope i can get it up to 50 at least with this new one. Im gonna do some lst on the GWK later and post pics. I also got some pics of Ava and a bunch of the birds at the bird store. Most of them are sweet hearts, but Ava gets jealous if i even look at them lol she makes a funny noise and bops me with her beak. She also flaps her wings when i say DOIN A FLAP! And tries to say it hahaha

Also, i just got a new milwaukee ph meter. I assumed it would come with calibration solution, ive had alot of ph meters in my aquarium hobby and they always do. Something got into my 6.8 solution, it looks like a fungus, and i dont trust it. This just happened 2 days ago, i think my other one is still calibrated but wanna be sure. Anybody have a solid method of testing these with distilled water or something? I dont know, thered probly be variations in anything but a control solution, but id have to wait while it shipped. For now ill use the ph perfect sensi bloom, that was measuring exactly 5.8...

Oh birds in cages, i gotcha. Yeah, i dont like it either. He just opened, he has 3 floors and is redoing the basement and upstairs with aviaries. I volunteer there to make sure all the birds get at least a couple hours out of their cage every day. I only keep my birds in the cage when im gone, which isnt very often, i work from home and rather would be here with my animal friends

Lol i was reading it in an australian accent? Yeah man, i lost my conure that was my best friend for 20 years, i saw that place and went in and found Ava. The owner is a good dude, hes going the extra mile to give those birds get the best care possible, but theyre cramped in those little cages while hes renovating the place. The emloyees are cleaning all the time, i go in every day to see Ava til shes weaned and i get the other birds out and try to disued people that come in on a whim and think they want a bird cuz theyre cute. Theyre non human people, you take everything from them by keeping them in captivity, so you better give them a very very good alternative. I could never work there, id turn away 99% of the customers...
