All the garden girls harvested. Thick leafy buds, ridiculously sticky. They kicked ass growing, produced good weight. But that thick leafy thing isn't completely right for od in my environment. Traps moisture. These were Portal Sativa f1s. I won't be breeding forward with this side of the family. One of the 3 had the beginnings of BR in several spots. I still was finding spots after I hung her. These babes were so sticky. Hard to trim, and clean-up!
Update
They did grow very well fully OD's for you :woohoo1:.... the bud:leaf thing, something about night T's seems to be a big factor... The GH girls stay warmer and get a better ratio. I recall P uptake/metabolism can get bogged down a lot past a certain T, wonder if this is the main difference...

The Rots resistance, I think that has as much to do with pheno variation as anything else. PS is still pretty raw so far as pheno exploration goes, just no substitute for dozens or scores grown... But the fact that only one showed troubles is promising!
Explain "this side of the family" Trail, did you cross both parents both ways?

Girls are looking tip top this year and the raised bed is killing it. Just some very minor tweaks with frass and micronutrients. The build a bloom is spot on and at 65 days and hot weather ahead it should be great.
:greenthumb:That raised bed is the ticket! -- like it's made for auto's... SD put on the stretch, true to her kin :smokeit: ... how's she smell?

>>> Speaking of stretch,...
@Jean-O Lav'MP99a x StrawDawg is possessed - ...never had a plant do this kind of blow up, this late in their life before, not even the Doors x O.Haze!
I ended up putting her into a bigger pot, simply had to... I tried to take pics in the same spot, same angle to show apples-to-apples using the wind breaker as a reference...
8/20-->; top pic under shows the jump as she's a bit further away from it because of her width... Buds chunking up so nicely! ... do you think she's StarwDawg dominant?

Yea that’s a pretty nice blowup!! Love it!

The sour d is good with some really nice terps living up to it. In fact all the strains are putting off really nice unique aromas true to their lineage. Especially that green crack too

@Waira update for the week. I think i may have missed an update due to my stomach issues it's been a rough last few weeks. Luckily the garden is on cruise control.
Honey Badger is into flower and looking nice n furry. What a nice looking plant.

Going to be a tasty fall for sure. My pics are for whatever reason loading sideways off my phone. Or else I'm really stoned :baked:

The other outdoor girls this year.
Cream Cheeze F1Fv killing it this year. She's thick creamy aroma and greasy! Some nice chunky flowers.
20250821_190127.jpg

Amethyst S1 Lavender Pheno supery greasy and loud Lavender outdoor aroma! Stacking some huge flowers.

2nd Honey Badger which has not been happy from the start but I've kept it going because the fussy ones can end up completely fire at the end to repay you for your troubles...
20250821_190324.jpg

Second The Rev and the largest plant in the garden this year. Roughly 6 ft wide and 10' 4" tall. She just wasn't playing by my rules this year. No slowing her down a very aggressive growing cultivar. Handles amazing outdoors here in Michigan for sure.
20250821_190435.jpg

Crazy Kush still building those insanely large colas. This cultivar throws down the Gas.

20250821_190455.jpg

Chocolate Bold Desire CBD. I love the hash this cultivar makes. Very tasty potent meds. Some phenos carry a nice buzz along with the high CBD content.

Explain "this side of the family"
Glad you asked. This is how and why I did PS. The parent strains from Stone are
Citrus Noir, Stone99v6, and Almach. Each of these strains do good here.
CN x S99v6 X Sirrah = PS
Sirrah is CN x Almach. Almach is Green Crack x Sour Dragon. So, CN the mom in both. The f1s from CN dom mom in the garden have heavy CN and Almach influences. The gravids were grown od, 4 all different phenos. And the 4 smallest that weren't dusted went to outback, different phenos.
Couple of the gravids, 3 gallon pots

Od until pollinated, no leafy buds on 8 girls. 3 in the garden had the gene
