And right there is exactly why I chose to take on the project of preserving AHz!

Crazy Asian is on my agenda to grow indoors. Probably in the 3x 3 tent in a 25 gal pot with one, maybe two runs on the automated watering. I'll clone whatever pheno I get. I wanna see what the bud taste like. I think I could probably tell if it was Ahz. :cools::biggrin:
That tent already has supplemental red and UVA . After seeing Jeremy of BAS little light experiment, I may get Mars supplemental blue light. He was working light that has a tunable spectrum. Soon after flipping or at the time oh flipping, He switched to a more blue spectrum In order to control the crazy stretch of GMO. It did control the stretch! The comparison tent with the same clones had to be super cropped multiple times and still got into the light. When stretch is over, he moved to a more red spectrum. So far the results seem to be quite good.
Nice plan. I use a kindled that has two channels and able to really keep the stretch down. I don’t even lower the lighting at all. Once the flowering starts are start turning up the red.

Here's my thought process on this particular plant. On Jeremy's test, you could visually see the node spacing being different from the other Plant. The node spacing was much tighter than the control plant when stretch ended. So at the end of stretch I have a more compact plant with a bit closer node spacing. Blasting with the supplemental red Definitely helps the bud development. I don't mind large colas Indoors .

Take something opposite, like a short squatty indica and an auto. I'm gonna use the supplemental red from day one. I want that thing to stretch! I've got a couple of girls in mind I want to try this with.

Interesting take on that. I get where you’re going now.

FTP x AMR auto is down. The storms a couple weeks ago just ravaged these girls, the septoria took off like a wild fire after. I think it stopped them from their full potential. Curious to see what their cured terps are like.

That's the good stuff there Bill, it's well known what the color spec's can do but the tech' is slow to catch up as usual... :cool1:
The new high end modular/add-on products and adjustable spec' is off the charts amazing! 🤓 ... if you got the $$... 😬 LOL

Craz' is down and racked :woohoo1: she held up very well in the challenging weather. I'm looking at her bloom times more closely,... I'm off; started end of Aug., so that's about 6 weeks which is close to AHz after all!
All that's left is a smoke test... I had no early snips on her, so we'll see in about 10 days

Hey Pepe :pass: .... bummer about the storm damage, I was worried about that myself knowing how that always kicks off the fungal attacks...
I'm shocked botrytis didn't join in the fight, no small blessing there!
Any fight like that drains the plant's energies, but I'd say she showed well for OD growing in the end. A lot of others would have just gone face-first after that beating - :wtf: ... now it's the waiting game :smokeit:

Lots of catching up to do here. Its been crazy busy trying to juggle life n harvest and keep up on here. Looks like things are wrapping up for sure. I only have my CBD left out in the garden now.

Ditto here :help: LOL .... just Speed Racer left now, she's still fattening up a bit yet but looking good! I'm seeing some live pistils taking on a light purple-red color, interestingly...
Now it's a race between more unfriendly weather and her final ripening -😬 .... I was figuring on Tuesday for chop, but it'll be rainy, showers Monday as of now. She's still mostly white pistil'ed, but that's changing fast so we'll see what a few more days brings. The call will be last minute, and how far from prime she'll be vs. what potential mess the rain makes of things...

I've flaked hard on the auto's updates :baghead:... but there are two Rootbeer Floats finishing up. Man do they pump out the tasty aromas!
Both are small, very lean budded, one staying more green and the other picked up lovely Fall colors... Both are classic RBF, just smothered in trichomes 😛... I'll get pics up soon....
Oh, actually there is a 3rd RBF, a runty seedling that seemed to want to hang tough anyway so I popped her into a wee pot and let her run... Worth it! Tiny nuggies, mostly resin, has the family perfume on too... You'll have a chuckle when you see her 😄

My Speed Racer seed project went slightly sideways on me when she wouldn't reverse and make pollen she just did not care about the reversal solution, obviously fairly sexually stable. Luckily I was working on a seed project with the Devils Lettuce so there is a new project to look into sometime. I still have more of the og SR seeds I could pop later on down the road.

I do like that RBF! Mine went apeshit in growth and I got behind organically and couldn't catch up. Mine was an extremely hungry girl! Despite that, she produced nice little hard FROSTY nugs! I squished some of the flower and it was damn good rosin!

I really loved how the cobbing turned out with RBF. It's crazy how you can see the tricombs show up as little sparkles all over the cobbing. 2001 Space Odyssey catch phrase, "My God! It's full of Stars!" came to mind!:cools::rofl: Just razor blade some off, chop it a little or grind it and just let it steep a couple of min in hot coffee. Be ready for a nice little trip. I hit it the first time pretty hard And was quite high for well over 12 hours!
So my 3rd cup of Java today will be some RBF cannacoffee!!!:headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::hump::hump::hump::eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows:
