These are seeds from a bag I got awhile ago. Not sure of the strain. They are probably 3 months old or so, but not matter what I try they don't seem to mature any further.

I've tried 12/12 , 16/8, 20/4 and the seem to stay the same. I don't grow photos so 8 am lost here.

They need to be 12/12 all of the time. If you have any light leaks or pilot lights of any kind even the smallest LED in the tent during dark they will not bloom.
