fweedom can i ask how often have you been watering ? i'm coming to the start of week 3 and have only watered them twice at 7 days and today at 14 days. Just thought someone should ask Hazy

the first few weeks i watered them maybe every other day sometimes probably 2 consecutive days. i didnt water alot more like jus getting the soil moist. i started them under a 400w hps so the soil dried out fast. i made sure it got dry before watering more i didnt keep it constanly wet. they looked great at this point. being on day 28 ive been watering them maybe every 2 days but with much more to where i get runoff. my sour d looks fine. but my "think different" plants seem to be droopy and limp for the lack of a better word.
being that some leaves just hang there sometimes they just look like they need water...i know the signs of over/under watering can be similar but IMHO some leaves jus look like if i let them go longer without water they will just shrivel up and die.

on that note,the last time i watered my "think differents" i DIDNT water my sour d because the leaves were standing straight up and it looked good, it still looks ok right now but the pots light so i will water it. my TDs look thirsty already so i may jus water again?

When you say the soil dried out really fast do you mean on the surface ? Did you test the moisture of the soil by sticking your finger deep into the pot ? (sounds a bit rude) ...Another way to check is by weight, what i do is fill a pot with the soil i'm using and use that as a measure of when to next water. Hazy

yea it was dry about an inch deep, i was told over watering is one of the most common mistakes so i tried to take it easy with the watering.

Firstly stop watering every day. Use the pick up method it never fails. Pick up the pot and its heavy its fine, light its time to water. Let it dry out some between waterings. The plant actually likes that alot it allows more oxygen to get to the roots that the water displaces. Ive got 2 grows going. One tent with photoperiod plants, the other with autos. Growing Think Different, Wappa Autos and Fruit Auto. There 2 weeks old Ive watered once. The big tent with my OG Kush in it. I water maybe 2x a week sometimes 3 but thats it. There 30 inches tall as well.

Id suggest at 30 days of growing you add some nutes. Basically you have watered out all of the nutes in the soil and the plant has consumed them. Start off with 40% 50% recommended amount and only nute once a week.

What kind of soil are you using?

Over all the plants do not look that bad. The yellowing seems to be nearer the bottom. The plants have a overall droopy sad look. Looks like over watering.

I do know that as you run out of nutes in your soil you will eventually see a yellowing of the leaves...its basically cannabilizing itself to stay alive.
