Lighting Thoughts on uplighting for grow..

Hi everyone, I have been reading a lot of the back and forth commentary on LED vs HID, and ran across this article https://thegreensunshineco.com/7-myths-led-grow-light-companies-tell-you/ . It basically states that with LED you are missing some light spectrums, and of course as we know LED are supposed to address the inefficient use of power by HID creating light that isn't always usable. So.. My question is, would a light that offers 6 different LED colors work to solve some of these issues? I own a ton of ADJ Mega HEX uplights which offer RGB, White, Amber, and UV. Could they be used to fine tune and address things like a missing green spectrum? They aren't very hot, but are super bright. I only have one grow tent so I can't honestly do a side by side, but what are your thoughts on if this would work? Here are the lights..

I think white, red, blue, IR are most useful light for led. I only use Mars Hydro led,it perform well. I also saw some growers use tube with UV to use with led
