Halooo :)

I've been working in IT for a loooong time, and had my head generally inside computers for 37 years now.

FF has been my favourite browser for years, but for the past year it has become more and more error-prone.

It fails on active-x, flash and other web technologies, it isn't handling lots of menus and interface elements well.

One of my friends has noticed it too (most of my pals aren't like me, only a ouple into computers, gaming etc ..).

I'm wondering what everyone here thinks ?

Cheers,

steely

With you entirely on this steel. I noticed it on my phone months ago first, constant crashes and force closes. Then I began to notice it on my PC as well. It also does not like AFN - I can reply to threads but I can't start new ones or upload pictures with it. Had to fire up IE for the first time in years to upload them.

My only issue with changing is I don't like IE and I don't want to submit to the mighty Google who are slowly taking over the world. So that really only leaves me with firefox. I hope they sort it out and soon - All the crashes are starting to play havoc with my daily porn intake!

Cheers,
Hardon

I've ditched IE awhile ago, but I've been having issues with Firefox and also Windows 10 Edge. I really don't think it's theses browsers as much as its from these site upgrades and AFN is not dialed in yet. If I use my IPad I get alot of crashes. It literally takes me 2 browsers on my computer and an Ipad to do the things I want to do on AFN. It's pretty aggravating.

I use Torch web browser. It's pretty slick. Works well. Has a built in torrent Downloader and if your watching any video through your browser you can download the file with a click .

Just to update my post, the Windows Edge problem has been corrected and so far today I haven't had any issues with Fiefox.
