I think I inoculated them too early with the liquid culture. I made another dozen jars today and will knock them up with my other syringe directly.

Ralphs is awesome, just sucks you have to prepay... No worries about it, tho. You wont be disappointed

I miss mushing so much, but where the state lets me grow MMJ, I dont dare do any mycologing. I would love to grow both in the same tent and let them compliment each other- let the booms take in the MJs o2, and the MJ eat the booms co2. I still have tons of prints and unopened syringes I need to get rid of. Might as well clean out the house of any gray area material...

One ittle known hint is to use ground red quinoa as part of your BRF when making PF Cakes. I gaurentee you'll double yer yield!

I changed my mind and will go with sporeworks. They ship mostly same day, take my debit card, and have hundreds of good reviews as an official vendor on many micology websites. Gonna get some penis envy lol

PE if fun and PO-TENT, but tough to grow and small yield. Sporeworks if awesome. Ive ordered several times w/ no probs. Tell them you are a shroomery.org member (even if yer not) and you'll get a free syringe. Ive got PE v.6 prints. If you want one, PM me a safe addy. ( as long as you dont live in California, Georgia, or Idaho.)
PE-6 is an easy one, potent and good yield, but not too many look like the original PE, if you know what I mean...

PEv6 will give you clumps of mutants. Good density from em. Dont loose a lot when drying em. Roger Rabbit (Marc Keith) made the strain using rattlesnake venom to break down cell walls of the spores to make a hybrid.

Dude I'm gonna isolate a pe and make a culture. Speaking of which, my liquid cultures are getting cloudier. I put them in the incubator to await my wbs jars. I have rye seed I'm going to prepair with my spore syringes.

just was going through my wbs jars and found one that took to the liquid culture and was aprox 30% colonized. I forgot to take pics but it was stringy white growth with no contams. I ended up shaking it up to break up the growth to speed it up and placed it in the incubator with my liquid culture jars and will be knocking up the rest of those jars shortly with liquid culture. I am also preparing 24 jars with rye berries as i was able to get a decent hookup on large amounts now.

I love rye. Are you going to use the berries for bulk casings or fruit straight the berries?

using the berries as spawn material. I will have many strains so we will see how this goes.... the wbs is still usable so i will knock up those aprox 18-19 bottles again with liquid culture and then the rye berries with straight up spore syringes for at least 24. if i get my way i might end up with like 50-60 jars. thats enough for ten bricks of coco coir. i have a setup to handle 4 bricks at a time so this might get interesting.
