If I use a CBD strain and don't decrab should I have a CBD tincture without thc am I right?
I asked it because I want a medicine that don't make you high and you can drive car.

Yes, if you don't decarb you get the cannabinoids in their acid form, you get all the benefits but THCa cannot cross the blood brain barrier so there is no high.

ps. next year I start a serious CBD breeding project with a test kit.

In this case, cleaner and better tasting probably means much weaker.
Depending on the %ethanol of the vodka, room temperature soaks probably need several days to extract very much thc. (190 proof is much quicker)
Freezer cold vodka won't pick up much.
Don't toss the strained out sludge. It might contain most of the original medicine, and you might be able to make edibles out of it, or more long soak tincture.
