Hey Steelrat!

Now that you have been playing for a while (hopefully), is that game still exciting?

I've been wanting to buy it, but I had a conversation with my manager who bought the game, and thought that it has gotten too much hype, and that it will probably be very fun to play for like a week or so, and then just become way too repetitive and become boring.

Are there anybody else who tried the game out, still into it? Or has it become boring?

Lol, I can not put it down, as much as I got going on, just doesn't feel like my night is complete without an hour or so with titanfall before bed. Just got done playing it… Im getting better at it but still suck… my pilot is only level 16.. lol…I hate on the console version NO ONE is shit talking or talking at all for that matter… Very very silent zero team planning… The campaign on if it sort of there but not really… still good stuff….

I've held off getting this game. How many maps are there? Also are there private servers (non EA)? After seeing the rollout of BF4 and the additional (charge for) map packs before the full release it just really convinced me that EA is just a money grubbing company. I'm forcing myself to play BF3 right now, it was suppose to be team based rewards etc. still just people running around worried about their k/d. As a former tournament paintball player, team play and tactics was always what it was about, today's gaming unfortunately doesn't support that concept. If there are team oriented players I'd be happy to squad up, have headphones, mic. I have BF2, BFBC2 (nam pack), BF3 with one additional map pack. Considering Titanfall if I can find team oriented people to play with. I viewed steel rat's video, I see bunny hopping is rampant (I suck at that while shooting). Anyone looking to squad up and play let me know.
