New Grower Total rookie with a few questions...

Hi Folks,

I have been reading with great interest here for a while now and finally decided to make my first post.

I have feminized "Auto Jack" from Dready seeds. I sprouted one in an organic soil mixture and am planning to have it outdoors as soon as the weather will permit it (I live around 54 deg N). It is now 8 days old and showing good healthy growth(second set of true leaves). I have just had it sitting on the kitchen windowsill up till now but I transplanted it into its final(much larger) container today.

I still have another 3 weeks until it can be outside 24 hrs a day, so my question is... Will it help to put the little lady under a 2 bulb t8 32w full spectrum until they are ready to go out? Or should I just keep it by a sunny window (or outside weather permitting to acclimatize)?

I am planning to start a few more of these seeds soon, I just wanted to run a single plant a few weeks ahead to help work out any kinks...

Welcome Rock. I am a rookie myself and growing indoors. Just my 2cents, I would go with the T8 as I would think you'd get too much stretch from sitting in the window. Just my opinion. I don't know for sure but I am sure others will pop in and give you good advice. Good luck!
