@MarshydroTina I got lucky and found my notebook that I wrote all the info in. I have my receipt from paypal, the order number from Mars and the Fed-ex tracking number. So do I go on the mars trade in thing and fill the info out or what do I do. I am still confused about the prices and what newer models I can turn it in for.

i'd swap the 700 for one of their smaller newer models and save what you can ($100 in my case) whilst seeing if you like their new lights, which look great ,imo.

OK it sounds good, I do have a few questions, I do not have my FEDEX box.. I have my serial ## and I purchased directly from MarsHydro.com I only got the chance to use the 700 for one grow so working condition and physical shape is pretty much 100% as far as what I can trade it for the list is really confusing, does it have a be one of the Mars Pro 2 series or as said can it just be for a plain old Mars 2 400?

It's OK that you don't have Fedex box, you just make sure the light is well package. you can trade your used mars 2 series or reflector series for our Mars Pro II series. every month you only have one chance and every time you can only trade one light for the quantities of Mars Pro II series are limited.

I can actually find the date or almost the exact date of purchase because I included it in one of my grow journals on here, I am checking now to see how long I have had it because it should be fairly fresh in your guys records, ok the day it arrived at my door was 9/10/15... so that is good.. but I still have no idea what i am doing in terms of what I can and cannot trade it in for, list is still really confusing me @MarshydroTina

You can trade the used mars II series or reflector series for our Mar Pro II series.
For example: you have one mars 2 400, you can trade it for our Mars Pro II epistar 160, Mars Pro II epistar 320, Mars Pro II cree 128, or Mars Pro II cree 258. That is mean you can trade your used mars2 series or reflector series for any of the four new models.

For example: if you have a Mars II 400 (original price is 189.99USD), you want to trade it for Mars Pro II Epistar 160 (original price is 430.99 USD). But since we will give the Mars II 400 trade-in price:125.99$, so you can get a new light just only pay 215USD.

OK I have been looking and the Mars Pro 2 Cree 128 is actually more the size I need, can I do the trade for that and if so what is the price after the credit for the 700? Thank you tina.

Yeah you can trade your mars II 700 for Mars Pro II Cree 128, after trade-in the price of Mars Pro II Cree 128 is 300USD
