Grow Mediums tri-seed grow with smart pots in coco.

The light green leaves in coco isnt always a N def. Most of the time its actually a Iron def because most Nutes do not add extra Iron to compensate what coco does. It releases K and drains Ca, Mg, and Iron. Cutting edge Plant amp & Mag amp might need to be used at full strength. Also don't use Uncle Johns Blend in coco as it will only add More K to the plant and have a negative effect like OD and lockouts of Micro nutes. Lastly before you add Plant/Mag amped I found if you PH your water to 7-7.2 before adding ANY nutrients then add them its more stable and gives better readings. So order should go Ph water to 7, add Plant/Mag amped, add Silica, add Sugaree/Sour Dee/Grex/ect, add Base (Grow Micro Bloom). That will keep lockouts from happening and let the PH adjust so by the end you have a much more stable point to then further adjust the PH to 5.7-6.0

So th p.h has def been way more stable since last rez change. Hovering right were I like it. 5.7-6.0. I am avoiding adding the amps to the rez. Instead i mix it up separately and then pour it directly in the coco for all plants at feeding time. The uncle johns and sour/sugaree gum the shit out of my rez, atleast they do in the summer, when temps get too high. But now that its cold outside my rez temp is in the sweet spot. No higher then 68. Temps definitely play with p.h. Thanks for the info 777. Also, agreed that the cal an mag (especially) are always at full dose in coco.

Oooh, I can't wait to see the screen once these ladies start blooming! I! Am! Subbed!

Gkad to have you over bandit! :tiphat:

Thats a good idea, adding the calmag source direct. That kinda bypasses having to PH so much. Yea I love Sugaree/SourDee but they will run thick if temps are to high. Do you run Orca or Voodoo Juice? They will digest the sugars and make the rez less gummy, I also run a enzyme which along with the Microlife make quick work of the sugars for my plant. Makes it super light weight and helps the rez from gumming up. Use Hygrozyme for that and towards the end of bloom like the last half use Cannazyme. Keeps everything clean, the roots happy, and the Rhozosphere working properly. "My 2 cents"

I shall inquire about those. Thank you.

I'll probably feed sugaree and maybe uncle johns directly, as well, when their nearing supermodel diet.

So I lifted the smart pots in the table. ......guess what I saw????

A absolutely beautiful mass of, fuzzy white as could be, roots. I think I'm lovin the great white! Little trichaderma on top of coco. So nice to not have to see that, though I know its not harmful to my plants.

Pics soon.
