Grow Mediums tri-seed grow with smart pots in coco.

Thanks bandit she was a special girl indeed.

Thanks roark I'm just trying out something new. I think I'll be sticking with the scrog but need to start it a little sooner. Are you Scrogging these girls?

Thanks truu and budster.

Truu, I am only scrogging the blue amnesia. Wanted to see what I could learn from just pots. Never grown that way and some day I want to blend big smart pots with scrog out doors. My eventual plan, when I have the right space, is to do like a 20 gl pot drip fed with a 4x4 screen or bigger over each plant outdoors. New pics tonight.

Okay pics are in. Today is D 35 from seed. Lights 24/7

So the main fan leaves are huge as shit! Seriously! The newer leaves are not as big, their new that makes sense. I've lowered the ppm cause I started seeing some nute burn and have just been topping off the rez. When I do a rez change they'll go back up to 80% strength veg feed.

Could the super fan leaves be, outside of genetics, from blasting with high nutes early on then tapering back? Is that giing to cause problems down the road?

Also, though I have been feeding the smarts 1.77 L every couple days, I have not had much /any run off. Seeing some weakness/limpness. As the roots continue to fill up the pots I'm worried they'll hit super salt pockets. Should I flush, til good run off or continue feeding liter nutes?

Okay pics. Tri-plant shot day35.jpg

K Thanks that is all.

Hey roark looking good buddy. I've always considered big fans to be a sign of being healthy. I usually pluck mine off anyways. If you do no achieve a run off every watering its not such a big deal. I have done a few grows where I didnt get a run off every time, but I did try to flush them well atleast once a week. So yes.. you need to flush them once or twice a week to prevent salt build up. And when I say flushing I do not mean clean water, you can flush with a nutrient solution as well. Point being, you just need to remove the old salts. "out with the old, in with the new"

Thanks for the back up truu. I was thinkin I'd use the super lite nute solution before I refilled rez with a fresh batch.
:Sharing One:

I'm with Truu. I switched up during flower and stopped watering until runoff because I was watering/feeding daily, but I did make sure to get 15% runoff at least 2x per week. Everything turned out all good. Those big ass leaves look like a sign of health to me!

Not like stroid laidin plants.? That's good. Now to keep them alive ti harvest!
