TSW2000 stopped working 30 days

You cant believe my disappointment when i found my girls in the dark.....
I bought this product based on all the good things i heard.... we shall see how good of a company they really are. It is a faulty driver, I plugged board into my tsw1000 driver and it works powered half of the tsw2000

Please help me Mars Hydro My crop is in jeapordy

Their customer service can be a bit slow but I have only had good experience myself (except that they don't sell spare parts)

Yea, I'm hoping they send me a whole new driver unit being that thet are wired together

if it becomes a problem I will replace the drivers out of pocket with better quality.
And if they screw me I just wont buy from them any more
