Sorry to hear about the light Ripped ...can you look for some grow level CFLs in your area? If you can find a few strong and warm color ones, you should be able to finish out.

Thanks bud for the rep I appreciate it. The only thing I can get here at the grow shop are things like T5 lighting,Gavida lighting and Black ops filters and fans. They cater to the higher end growers. They can order stuff but it takes time and I just don't have the funds. What really was a kick in the nads was I called my buddy and asked him and he said ya I have one and I went out there. I get home hook everything up and BAM this bitch is dead tooSo I changed the fuse out no go then I took my pair that I have and tested them..nope. So now I had them on 18-6 lights on come on at 9pm and off at 3pm. The ballast went out Sunday at 11pm 2 hours into their dark period and then lights out until about 10am yesterday . I had no other options and @DarkGreen had suggested getting them outside so that's what I am doing. So that was 13 hours dark 11 hours light from 18-6 and the schedule is completely backwards. I brought them inside because it gets cold at night so I bring them in at night and wake up at 6am and put them back out. The best I can do is get 15 hrs of light and 9 dark. They are sooo close about ten days so I am just hanging on here. I can't cut them down they are just beautiful there is a lot of good smoke sitting there usually I am a grower that no problem with chopping shit and starting over but I am out of smoke because I lost a crop by my own doing so that is two back to back although I will get something even if it is weak stuff from this one. I know you have to roll with shit but darn man especially since this was my best attempt yet. I am going to get my ballast replaced and then I am going to buy another and two of each bulb so I won't have to deal with this again. Grower mistakes are easier than equipment failure to accept for me but I was down yesterday but it isn't the end of the world and I will keep trying even if I have to go through 5 grows to get a good one. I just quit smoking and with all that I wanted one bad I would have smoked ass hairs off of a monkey if I knew they had nicotine in them but I didn't so that was a silver lining knowing I have a handle on nicotine. . I am just glad I was close enough to even have a shot at finishing my only worry is they got so backwards and in a new environment they may just slow or even stop growth but we will see. Sorry this so long just had to vent even if no one even looks at it makes you feel good writing it down.

Here they sit outside so far so good. Gotta bring them in it gets cold the temp drops 5 degrees in an instant. Thanks for the encouragement @fustipisti @DarkGreen and the great idea to put them outside you saved me there. I am going to buy another ballast I shipped the bad one out today so this never happens again and a some hps and mh back ups. They are just hanging out in the backyard

Outside weed is the best kind of weed anyway imo, you may have given them the best finish possible.

I hear ya! I didn't want to go full Old Yellar on them. They are starting to fatten up so the next week should be really cool to watch them. I am watching the weather closely
we are having a chance of rain although it is a small chance. I will keep you guys informed. It will be interesting to see how they finish out especially for the fact that this isn't something someone is going to do on purpose or really something someone would want to Cheers and have a great day!

I am pretty pissed off and I will call the company and give them the riot act. This isn't the first time I have had a problem with their equipment. My first grow the hps light went out after 3 weeks at the end of flowering thank god a buddy of mine had a 600 att hps I could borrow saved my crop. Now this happens at the fucking end AGAIN now I lost this. I can put them outside will they finish that way. Would it matter at this stage for it to go directly outside? I always thought they had to be hardened when going from in to out but that may just be in veg? lesson learned don't buy cheap Chinese crap get the best stuff even if you have to save for it. I guess the only thing to do is eat it and shut it down for awhile and go pot free. Peace have a great day buddy.

Thanks @sanguine yeah it was stressful that thing was so hot I was surprised the overheat shutoff had not cut it off.Oh yeah the company I bought the tent kit from are more than helpful. The manufactures warranty is 3 years I should have it back soon. It would be nice to get some extra stuff like some new bulbs I agree they are finishing out nicely outside I just can't believe I am getting up at 6am to move them in and out.But hey gotta take care of the ladies. I am definitely getting another ballast for back up. I am learning. Have a good day bro!

Well shit this grow is getting more and more interesting. I have been watching the Weather Underground report all day long. You can just feel that rain weather so I had no choice to bring them in. I tried under the eaves but no go a 1/3 of the plant was exposed. So I brought them in the kitchen and opened the sliding glass door and pulled the blinds back. I figure any light even if it is filtered is better than nothing. So then my wife said put them in front of the living room window it's a good size window and it gets better light. She pulls the curatains back and I put them in front of the window. That's all good and well but so happens our window faces the sidewalk and street. I'm thinking shit it's legal but I hate to just throw it out in the open like that I figure give it a shot until someone says something. I am soo close right now the leafs are start to yellow so I need at least till next thurs or Friday. Right now the trichs are 70 30 Cloudy to clear percentage although I do want it on the heady side.I know if I had to pull them now it would suffice until my next run is done but it won't be as good as it could be. I say this because it looks like we are going to have several more days of rain. Like I said it has been interesting to say the least. I am just happy that no matter what I will have some smoke. I found some good keef earlier I love that when you find shit you just put in a jar or corner and find it when you are out. It's rain expected Fri,Sat,Sun then after that it's better from Monday to Thurs. I don't like the fact that they are where they are but what the heck. I am trying everything so at least I know I didn't give up. I hope the weather changes it could happen. See what tomorrow brings Peace!
