Grow Mediums Uh oh...didn't put pebbles in the bottom of my Autopot...am I doomed?

Oh no.
I got so excited to transplant into my Autopot that I didn't see that I should have put 1-2" of pebbles or clay balls in the bottom.

Is my grow doomed?

What can I expect?

Did this with my first grow went great just started the next done the same thing again over two weeks in things are still good.

Wife moaning I bought a 20l bag and not used any even though I stressed I needed it [emoji23]

I saw a proper gardening tv programme once.the percy thrower said that penbles/stones in the bottom of a pot had zero effect,as good as a myth

There are a bunch of seasoned growers here that don't put hydroton pebbles on the bottom when using coco. I just started my first autopot grow and didn't put anything on the bottom. From what I've read that is mainly for soil growers. I could be wrong but I've read enough from people I trust to not add them and not be worried.

I don't add any of the hydroton clay at the bottom. I'm just running straight coco in my autopots on all my grows. without any ill effects.

Im using soil in my autopots with nothing on the bottom. So far so good.
