Just read your thread from start to finish (I know, too much time on my hands) firstly, your cab is superb mate. Liked it at the start, loving it now. Secondly, well done for sticking at it. Must have been a kick in the balls after the first 2 attempts. And thirdly, :drool: what a haul off of that 3rd grow. Nothing beats the satisfaction of smoking a nice clean joint that is the product of your own time and effort. And then you can sit back, flick the v's at the dealers and think to yourself... that would have cost me about 600 quid and would not be anywhere near as good

Thanks Smokey, tell you've been through it been a bumpy ride but got there
Deffo think it was the environment that was the problem at the start, mainly low temps
Most of the 3rd haul is still in the jar, been tasting regularly and I recon another 2 weeks
Sounds like your from my neck of the woods as I pay similar money, plus the messing about!

Yeah been there mate, started growing outdoors, then indoors in a dr60, then kids came along and I lost my grow room so went back outdoors but the weather is so unpredictable. Now I'm back indoors in a tiny dr40 tucked away from prying little eyes in the back of my wardrobe. But the difference between growing in a dr60 and a dr40 is massive. Space is the obvious difference but heat is more of an issue too. I do think my light set up is more efficient in a smaller space though, I've currently got a 300w dual spec cfl and 2 t5HO's, which ain't bad in such a small space. I've finally got a reflector in there now as well, needed a bit of trimming to get it in mind, but then you go back to heat issues again. The temps went from low 70's to mid 80's when I first put it in.

Never cured for this long but the taste is worth it, the difference after a cure is chalk n cheese!
