Never asked, but what size pots you growing in? 450ml if water is a fairly small amount in my eyes, but like I said, coco Grower, not soil.

Im growing in a 3 gallon fabric pot. I fed her before I posted on here, thinking that I had under watered. The more I read the more I second guessed myself which is why I made the post.
She seems to be perking up now.

I noticed mine sometimes quite droopy after a watering. After 24 hrs it's usually all good. But keep this fresh air thing in mind, co2 is critical

Today was going on 3 days since last water with 450ml of water. Starting to think that isn't enough now that the growth has took off. I dont think fresh air is an issue but ill make sure she get more just in case.

How often are you watering? How old are your plants?

My plants are dinosaurs, in week 12. They are photoperiod plants. Just went to flower cycle almost 2 weeks ago. Watering 2x per week. Maybe 3. Did a scrog and stuff...

But I also almost killed them 10 days ago when I went out of town. Came home to some skeleton plants.

It looked like this when I found them so I am very happy with the recovery. Didn't expect much could be saved.

... heft the pot and see,.. remember how it weighed when first made up and well moistened? I;'m guessing it's been too dry, too often, and that's as bad or worse than overwatering,... give her a good, slow thorough watering, to significant run-off.. ....too dry will cause worse nute salt build-up over time, and that starts a whole new shit-show! Some milder wet-dry cycling is OK, but wider extremes are not wise,... roots hate it, soil 'crobes hate it, pH hates it (big drifts), osmotic hell from lack of moisture and the relative spiking if nute conc. (less water, less dilute)....
