I am an avid vaporizer fan. I've owned several now, although mostly cheap ones. A few months ago I bought my first quality vape, the Davinci. I love that vape! I also have a Vapir No.1, a whip and balloon style tabletop. It works well, HUGE amounts od vapor! But the device itself is kind of clunky. I see an Extreme Q in my future..!

So I was offered a hell of a deal on a Mighty from a friend who needed money. I gave him $90 for it!

First impressions:

Seems like an awfully expensive hunk of plastic. And I find that funny, because you see all these so called "vape critics" sneering at the use of "plastic" in vaporizers, when they have no clue at all what they are talking about! any good vape that is using any plastic is using modern, space age medical plastics that have more in common with ceramics that Fisher Price plastic........
But still, as nice as it looks, its............plastic...lol!

Its large thanks to dual batteries, but not so large as to but hard to handle. Not really stealthy but still not too obvious from a distance.
The lcd screen and control work very nicely.the upper limit is 410F. Not sure on the lower limit. Its adjustable in one degree increments. A single push of the power button mounted on the side turns it on and off. The lcd is large and very easy to read.

The herb chamber is large but shallow, making for a larger heating surface. It holds about .3 to .4 grams.

This is a convection vape, meaning, it heats the airstream which then heats the herb,making combustion impossible at the temps it can reach. It reaches your chosen temp in about 40 seconds. And unlike some vapes, it really ready right then!

Now, the one thing I really love about this vape is the draw. Its almost as easy as breathing! The removable top cover houses the "straw". There are airpaths within the cover that blends fresh air with the vapor for cooling and that easy draw.
Vapor production is good! you can get nice clouds by the second hit.

What I don't like:

The plastic feel. I really have nothing against plastic except when its a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR Vape!!!
And that plastic straw is a piece of crap! Its flimsy and only held in by an oring! If you buy one of these, order an extra set of straws, you WILL lose it............

The hit is good, but not great. My Davinci gets three times the hit! Damn thing is almost like hitting a joint!

The Crafty is a nice vape, without a doubt. It has the coolest and easiest draw you can get with a portable vape! It gives good hits, and it has great battery life. It would be a top 2 choice for me, but its way, over priced. At $200 -$250 it would be perfect. I'd never pay $399 for it when the Arizer Aire can be had for $269.

Thanks for the review bud. I almost got that piece, but got the LSV (life saber vaper) by 7th floor, and the MFLB :mflb: (haha I've been waiting to use that image!!!) I couldn't really justify spending $400 on 1 vape. $380 for 2 with ton of accessories seemed to fit my build much more. That's awesome you only paid $90 for it. Sorry for your friend, but you made out like a bandit!:smoking:

He can buy it back if he wants. I'd get a DaVinci Ascent next, and if it hits like the regular DaVinci, I'll get the bong attachment.......

I got the bong attachment for the LSV, and absolutely love it. The LSV (also convection) gets hot enough on full power I can just rip away. Not so much on the MFLB, but it is lovely for the stealth/travel times.

A plastic Vape is kinda frighting ..haha.

I have been threw two Davinci's and one Arizer extream Q

One of the Davinci's (a early model) turned itself on and overheated melting the o-ring gasket into position
and cracked the ceramic bowl.

It never worked the same and was toxic at that point. It was replaced under warranty and that ones battery gave out or so I thought. They do not warranty the battery so I left it on the shelf as dead until one day I opened it discovered the battery was good and that its charger port was bad. although it looked undamaged if I pressed on it very hard with the charger plugged in it would begin to charge.

I have been meaning to by pass the charge port and charge the battery by its + and - cables as a fix.

The Davinci always did have a slight plastic taste imo

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I beat on and abused the Extreme Q with 4 hour Vape sessions without turning it off until one day it would not heat up anymore. I have a plan to remove its heater element and make a portable Vape out of it.
it runs on 12v , I could make a 18650 12v pack to power the element directly with a common ebay temp controller to control the temperature.
Its on the back burner until I get bored enough or need a vape.
Currently I use the Silver Surfer Vape , it is the Champ in my opinion it beats them all and I have used a lot of them.
Its built like a tank and is made to be left on for hours which i tend to do.
the Extreme was the most efficient of them all , it was Amazing in that you could Vape one small bowl for 30 or 40 hits. I could not understand it but admired that about the Q.
The Silver Surfer is the weed hog extreme , the extreme weed hog. But Damn I love using it , its extremely sturdy , with its body being made of powder coated 1/4" aluminum with the rest being thick hand blown glass.
A pure glass Vaping experience.
The LSV has the exact same parts as the SS, just a different body. It was the 1st, and only 7th floor vape I have used, but this thing is a beast too. Although it only really hogs my buds when I use the bong with it. Good ol' full power face melting rips. I turn it to about 3 o'clock when using the wand though. Full power is just to damn hot for me w/o the bong on it. Now if I could just get it to make the light saber sounds.
That sound would be funnier then hell ,
I never I knew they used the same heater and glass , Sweet.
I wonder if its cheaper baby brother the DaBudha which uses different glass uses the same heater ..
I use the SS at 2 oclock but will turn it up to 3 to finish it off or sometimes start it off with a bang
She hits hard if your up to it !
`m using it right now :-) good hits I tell ya , unbelievable.
All three of them use the same heater. I didn't know DB used different glass though. The SS, and LSV are only different in body type. Hell, I'd be willing to get the SS just based on my piece.
The DaBudha is looking better by the minute , The SSv is $250 u.s ($325 CA) and the Dabudha is something like $130 if I remember correctly.
the SSv uses some Artsy hand blown glass where as the Dabudha`s glass is clear without art or color option etc.
