Hello All,

My buddy popped a bunch of seeds.

2x Ripley's
2x HubbabubbaSmelloscope
2x Walter White
2x AvT
1x SODK
1x Cheese Haze
1x Sour Stomper
1x Tyrone

They are being grown using modern TLO. So far nothing but water, calmag and microbes. They are in enhanced roots organic sitting on top of depth charge, an organic amended soil with worms.

So quite a variety. To my surprise at day 20 both the Ripley's are showing deficiencies and are not happy. One shows N deficiency and the other one I have no idea what is up. The happiest girls are the AvT. The SODK and cheese also look really happy. Hubbabubba looks ordinary. Tyrone is a runt and this is the second seed of Tyrone. I'm feeling like Tyrone is a bum bag of seeds. Sour Stomper looks ordinary as well.

Hi,

Here are my buddies girls at day 28. The girls are on wicking trays and exclusively drinking from the bottom. All but Tyrone have sexed and are females.

Ripley's OG is a miss. No food given and just Azos, a bacteria that produces N, has caused them severe N toxicity. Is it known that Ripley's OG is N sensitive? Is all of Mephisto N sensitive? If not this may also be a bad seed pack. He got two packs. Hopefully not.

One of the HubbabubbaSmelloscope is very severely deformed. The other is only at day 21 and looks great.

The AVT, Cheese Haze, Sour Stomper and the Walter White look great.

Tyrone is a runt and I think he got a bad seed pack.

Today they recieved thier first feeding.

Excited to see day 35.

The three small ones are 2x HubbabubbaSmelloscope and 1x Tyrone. Tyrone is the smallest.

Can't say anything but AvT is super happy. All but AvT are lodging some complaint. From N to PH. That said they are all acceptable.

Today they were pruned.

Smell right now is amazing.

My buddies grow day 42.

Well it is easy to see that they have outgrown their home. I recommended that he pick up another 4x8 tent. Let's see if he listens.

The smell is incredible.

It is my opinion that auto flowers are the future of cannabis. Especially if breeders can continue to out put this kind of quality.

I’ve yet to finish my first autoflower grow and sample the results for myself, but I have to say I agree with this statement. The amount of reading and research I’ve done since deciding to make the switch has me completely on board with the idea. I do however think that the inability to clone autoflowers will be a major deterrent for many folks. With companies like Mephisto around though autoflowers will only continue to improve. I’m both excited and disappointed about making the switch... disappointed it took me so long to figure out autos were worth messing with

My buddy will not be getting another tent for the last 4 weeks. So I think it's going to hurt his yield tremendously. They are too crammed in there.

All that said I think the performance is amazing for his first ever grow.

Buddies grow at day 49.

I'm pretty blown away by the girls at this point. Some have trunks the size of a D battery. Most are C battery size. The two Ripley's will have a 16" cola with diameter in the 4"+ range. Even the HubbabubbaSmelloscope has turned it around. Tyrone looks like it might go over 2. Very impressed to say the least.

That said my friend should have bought another tent. Too tight in there. There's going to be some fluff....

Looks good in there, but def tight. May be worth a shot to recommend some lollipopping to him to get rid of the popcorn that won’t fully develop.

Already done two prunes. Ill advised to do one more. Might stunt them. They are monsters deserving of twice the space.
