New Grower wanting to grow

that's a big ass closet. mine is 2x4x4 and I made my light fixture with some 2x1/2 inch board's and 8 light socket's I got at lowe's for about $2.80 apiece and doubled them up with "Y" adaptor's and have a total of 16 23w cfl's, 3 to 1 6500 k/2700 k for veg and the opposite for flower. I still have at least 6 to 8 week's to go and then go to led's. it's now became an obsession that I justifie by the high price of buying from other's.

My first grow was the end of a closet, about 2X2X5. I used two 40 actual watt cfl's, one 2700 and one 6400, running them both through the entire grow at 3-4" and used tinfoil roasting pan for a reflector. I went 24/0 for that grow but now run 20/4. I bought mylar for the walls. I grew two plants using 3 gallon pots. I used a 4" USB desk fan. I used the dreaded Miracle Gro with a higher N than P, K for my veg nutes and a high P formula for my flowering nutes. I grew a Northern Lights and a White Widow. Northern Lights got 2x taller than the WW, so had to elevate the WW to keep the light close to both plants. The grow went a full 120 days, breeder listed as 65. Had less than 50.00 in the whole setup. Harvested about 1 1/2 from NL and 1 oz from WW. Hope this helps.

Thanks man i think I'm going to go with just one plant...so your lights was just household lights? what's the difference between your 2 40w and a 250 or 300w grow cfl?
