And now to the BHO im an oil head and make wax for my own comsumption so i know its clean


ran 2 ozs of some great greenhouse buds and yielded 11Gs of wax so about an 18/19% return not to shabby

Always Blast Outdoors!!!
And Vac Purge

This wax was ran through a 2 oz glass tube i normally use my SS tube but its a 1/2lb tube so used the glass

Was ran with Newport tane
(Watch out for the korean butane its not the greatest the UK butane is much cleaner)

I blasted on to PTFE which is like parchement paper but wont break down like parchement will or the slick pads will.
Glass or PTFE only to blast on

I hot watered bath for about 30-45 mins untill the butane had evaporated and where it was palaced in the vac and pulled to -15hg for 2 hours where i turned the heat on about 30 mins in.
once the oil was a stable 105-107 degrees F i pulled the vac to a -29hg where it sat on the heat for 16 hours. i pulled it out flipped and purged for another 18 hours its now done and ready to dabs

Hey weedman,

we are going to have a lot of material for concentrates and were thinking of trying our hands at bho, as we are looking for a faster alternative process for larger quantities of material.

We love isolator hash but it's a lot of work and quite messy so I don't much fancy processing it all like that.

i did think a shortcut could be to run all the material on the pollinator (tumbler) first then just run the kief through the bags.

But any thoughts on a bho method that produces a clean , nice product quickly would be appreciated

Mitch Pm me we just opened a Shop for Bho Extraction Products we sure can sort some eq for You out fam. Btw -29hg is not really to make it Clean u need at least -30 hg to get it medical Clean. Had a long conversation with Franco from Gh and the Guys from Ocd Labs bout Bho n Wax Making.

Edit.. Mitch i always shoot only Kief thru my Tubes rarely Buds or Trim.

Don't worry so much about equipment, we can buy a kit from our local shop here in Spain. Maybe I could send you a link to see what you think of the equipment?

so a good way to go would be to turn everything into kief then it can either be made into honey oil or bubble.

The diffrence on 29 and 30 is damn near no diffrence its all about sea leavel as well. your gauge may show 25hg at a higher sea level but that is -30hg you just have to re calabreate your gauge to be accurate.

And no you DO NOT have to have -30hg to make medically clean bho i did this for a living for a few years prior to leaving cali.

All you are doing with a vac is pulling it to a negative pressure and why are you doing that.

Not to pull the butane out but to lower boiling points of the solvent which allways the butane to escape easily

You can make clean wax if you pull to -20hg it may take alot longer but as long.

Its all about heat,

If seen BHO that was never put in a vac and had under 250ppm residual solvent now thats alot in my book but for never getting put in a vac thats amazing.

In order for Clubs to buy your BHO it must be below 1000ppm

washington is something crazy now i cant remember but it damn near cant have any ppm.




And not trying to Bash your equitment medic but iv heard from alot of buddies and other people who have used Best Value Vacs and did not like them or had problems with chamber imploding or lid cracking.

Mitch you can do just a keif run it will save you time in the blasting process.
Iv seen plenty of FIRE keif runs.
