I really like the filter, because it's not riveted! You can reverse it, or even pack with new carbon!

Gator, You and I have very similar tents (mine is the 16x16x48 G-Leaf). Question about your fan:

1. Did you go with a 4" or a 6"?
2. Did you get a speed controller?
3. How is the noise?
4. Given the size of your Tent are you pushing through your filter?

I am going to need a filter and fan set-up very soon, and want to run quiet, but not sacrifice too much functionality or performance.

4" no speed controller, it sounds just louder than an air purifier on high, if I close the closet door I can't hear it. I put the filter in the tent, at an angle with a 90 elbow through the top hole, fan sits on top of tent outside, then I have some duct pushing exhaust out the door, the filter sucks out, because I choose to put it inside, my light sits 2" below filter, only giving me a maximum plant height of 23". I keep my closet open all day to allow the temperatures to stay down as I exhaust out into the same room.
