New Grower When To Harvest???

[Beginner]

Okay, this is my first grow, Nirvana Short Ryder, 2 weeks without proper lighting,
1-2 weeks veg, 3 weeks pre-flower, and now 5 weeks ripening. Found a popcorn bud that the stem had been broken, not sure how long, but all leaves were wilted and it didn't look as mature as the rest of the plant. Did a quick dry, smoked and it hit hard, good. Took one of the mature buds, did a quick dry, smoked it and hardly anything...
Did I wait too long to harvest or keep waiting? Not sure if the broken stem had anything to do with the potency.
Lots of cloudy trics, can't see any amber ones.

Also, yesterday was end of week 14, day 98. All leaves are still green.

Yes, I've read it and because I'm past the 12 weeks I'm worried I may have blown it.

no 12 weeks is average I'd flush, for 2 weeks and chop.....she'll get better with a cure...

then you can skip the flush and give her the AX!!!!

no 12 weeks is average I'd flush 3times pot size give her 2 or 3 days and chop.....she'll get better with a cure...

That's not the flush that's done at the end, GA. The 3x volume flush is used to fix things like over feeding or Ph issues. The 'cleanse' at the end is just simply feeding plain water for 2 weeks. :thumbs:
