Done right, you'll see no difference between a transplant and one started in the pot. In fact, I'm of the opinion that with some strains, auto or not, they take off faster after a transplant. I use 1 quart containers and transplant when the leaves are the width of the pot. That indicates you have roots to the bottom of the pot, bur no, or little circling. I see new growth withing hours of transplant, they don't miss a beat!
