Mephisto Genetics White crack.. biotabs vs regular feeds

Day 26

Well what can I say, the tabs are still outperforming the regular feed by far. Today I gave righty a higher strength feed in hopes this will help her catch up ( grow nutes, grow boost and root stimulator) !!! Lefty was given nothing but plain water.

I don't know if anybody has followed my previous grows but I wouldn't rate myself as a novice and usually pull some good yields. These tabs are actually embarrassing me !!! I did expect them to work but not outperform !!! I'm sure once flowing starts all will be revealed. :hookah:

At this rate I will not only be a mephisto purist but also a mephisto feed technique purist !!!:crying:

It's become quite clear the tab is outperforming the other. I guess I should get some.

I agree it definitely appears so. I will point out that the one on the right is 1 day behind (I know pretty insignificant). I have also moved the light slightly today as I think righty was getting a bit more as it wasn't quite central above them.

Put it this way I will be converted to using these if the performance carries on through the flowering process.

Good Job Nabzter! Will be following this thread. What are the other 2 you started? slow

Hi slow the others are white chem and chem city blues. I have run them both before and can be found in my other journal.

Bit late but subbed to see how these do. Great work so far :smoking:

Encouraging to see the tabs doing so well, how many are you running in the pot? If it starts to look hungry will you chuck an additional one in?

Better late than never, welcome aboard. I have used 5 and the manufacturer recommends 4, I will add another if I see the need but so far 5 have worked great, I did actually see her on the verge of N toxicity with the colour and slightly clawing newer leaves but all good so far.

So today I had a bubbly blues bean germ in a root riot and planted it into its 15 l fabric pot. I could not resist running another lady with biotabs so this one has been potted with 3. We will call this day 1. Although this is not a direct comparison I have done a bubbly blues previously in same size pot using regular feed so I will make a mental comparison to the last one I grew out.

I don't mean to sound like a downer but I'm really expecting the regular feed to take off once the plant starts requiring more. If the total yield is high and the plants blow up I don't see how the tabs would be enough. I'm doing 1600ppm every other day.
