Mephisto Genetics White Crack

Day 21. Plants seem great except the oldest and largest fan leaves are losing some dark green and becoming a lighter green? Need help on this one. I use PH adjusted water that has supplements.

I am thinking magnesium deficiency but it's hard to imagine mag deficiency as I am using limed soil and cal/mag with tap water. I suppose my PH could be off but I PH adjust the water and use limed soil. Guess I will just wait and see what happens over the next few days. If it's mag deficiency I have epsom salt for a fast acting foliar spray.

I'm on day 33 and my white crack, right, and Tyrone special, left, are both still extremely short and bushy. They've been short the entire time but I did do some heavy LST, main cola is bent at a 90 degree.
Yours are looking good, a bit fatter leaves than mine had.

Plants are looking great @Teetharebones

Your leaves are more sativa dominant I think. Different pheno I suppose. Mine are super indica lol.

Have you had any issues with cal/mag?

I have not, they've been pretty easy going plants. I had some slight nute burn when they were young, really hot soil, and possibility a little nitrogen toxicity.
I am using the Mephisto super soil mix and organic living soil.

if its only 1 of the 5 that is affected and they are all in the same media and recieving the same feeds i wouldnt sweat it too much. It may just be a dodgy one. I think they are all looking great just do what your doing.

On the flip side with it being the oldest it is likely to have seen the most nutes and you media may be seeing some PH issues. Give it a good flush followed by a light feed.

Thanks for the advice @Nabzter

Its actually affecting 4 out of 5 plants. All the plants are the same age. I have a calibrated bluelab meter to measure PH and always use PH adjusted water. I think I will try epsom salt foliar spray and see if it gets better.

Day 27.

The heavy dose of cal/mag stopped the deficiency. The bio-bloom might of helped with some bloom nutrients.

I may have overwatered the plants at the last watering. They look a bit overwatered.

When they dry out I am going to give them 20-20-20 fertilizer in water PH adjusted to 6.5.
