Is there a way to turn off the effect where subject lines "slide" into view?

I would be interested in this as well. I've checked the settings up and down and can't find one for it.

After quick check I've found out that this functionality is done by AOS (animate on scroll) library which in included and currently implemented in forum.
There are few possible solutions:
1. Remove this functionality all together by removing all traces of AOS library in website
2. If you want to keep this functionality, you can make it configurable by user in settings so each user can set it up to their liking

All the content is already fully loaded on website, it is just hidden and sliding around as you scroll.
