i think theres small amounts in all parts just usually not enough to bother with smoking when it comes to roots and stems, the only ones id bother with would be buds and sugar leaves some use the leaves aswell. cook the rest make some butter it might be worth it that way but it would be much stronger tasting compared to bud/trim only made butter.
anything with trics on it will get you stoned anyway.
yours is way too underdeveloped i would say. sounds like the very start of a bud you have a long way to go. brown hairs(on most strains) and cloudy trics(crystals) on buds and sugar leaves are what you have to wait for really. clear might give you a little buzz too but dont take plants early its not worth it, if you take a bud at this point itll weigh a gram and thatll be mostly water if left alone it could be a half ounce when done who knows. also buds dont fatten up and fill out till the last few weeks, if you dry it it will just shrink to nothing
