The girls today...
For this grow batch, this is what I'm trying:
- started using grow plugs in the AeroGarden and water straight from the tap,
- after about 15 days, moved to 5 gal buckets filled with ph'd and nuted water at around 350/400 ppm, ph around 6.2.
Once the water gets low, I'll start the water pump inside so the roots get sprayed instead of being submerged in water. My theory is that the roots will become thicker from the top down, instead of having root balls sitting on the bottom of the bucket and long strings connecting them to the plant above.
Let's see how it works!

The watercress is taking a longer time this turn. It's the kind of leafy stuff you cut and they grow more, this is the 3rd run.
