I've never used drinking alcohol, I use 99% isopropyl. Everything goes in the freezer for a few hours before the wash, because I'm using 99% stuff, the wash is very short, about 30 seconds. With grain alcohol the wash has to be longer because of the low alcohol content. A longer wash allows less desirable things into the oil (chlorophyll etc). You also have to boil the water out of the oil which will be left behind. And finally, qwiso hash oil isn't the nicest tasting way to do it. You can do an open butane wash in a simular way to qwiso and the results are a lot better (it will look like shatter). I would post a link, but I think even mentioning it is against site rules.

It evaporated for about 5 hours. I got a thick liquid that I added to some canna juice leftover. It tastes nice, don't know how strong it is because it's late, I'm tired, and my tolerance is questionable...

Giving instruction about making bho is against site rules, unless it's in the relevant section, I think. You got a liquid because of the water content of the alcohol, that should help it stay thinner when making ejuice, meaning massive lung fulls? Could be the way forward witchy.

I'm happy with it, don't know if I like it better, but I put a couple of drops under my tongue and slept like a rock, woke up dizzy and groggy, which went away after about 30 minutes. But I'm feeling super relaxed today, anxiety free, and not a single Xanax today. [emoji106] [emoji2]
I also left some to finish drying in the cabinet, will scrape it when it gets more solid.
I'm hoping it's not placebo, the feeling I'm getting is that this may replace Xanax as my anxiety killer...
