would this be a good medium ?

Hey guys, just need a little advice on my medium which I am going to try on my next grow. I am thinking of buying Canna terra professional, then adding some blood,bone,meal to it, and then 10percent more permits as this soil already has perlite in her. Also would adding some worm castings be good too ? Was also thinking of using cave bat guano on top and watering through in flowering stage. Help is really appreciated guys thank you .

Once you deviate from a proven and tried recipe you have begun experimenting with a medium that no one here can guarantee you will work. While the ingredients you list all look fine and well, the amounts of each you are using haven't been defined and hence it becomes difficult / impossible to tell you how well this would work. I beleive most people here would recomend using a tried and true soil recipe if you want guaranteed results. Otherwise do a bit of reading around here and follow the general amending guidelines you'll find. Then do a trial run with beans you aren't super invested in and log you're results. Then share the information here to help others and yourself gain a better understanding of how the mix you've created works and whether or not its a worthwhile investment.

I realize that this isn't the answer you were looking for and i apologize for not being able to directly answer your question. I am a novice grower myself ( only 4 photo grows under my belt with my first organic grow beans in a moist towel as we speak ) So any more experienced growers feel free to clarify and or debunk anything i have said.

No your advice is spot on dude, i understand that without specifying the amounts of blood,bone,fish meal to it it makes it a lot harder to give a good answer. I think i will just use the Canna Terra pro, straight out of the bag without adding anything to it. I will try the bat guano during flowering though, heard some good things with that stuff. I will get the cave bat guano, it has high phosphorus so should be good for bulking those flowers up big and strong
