Wrinkled leaves at bud sites

This has been going on for about 2 weeks. Doesn't seem to get worse but it's not better. A few branches including the main cola pictured below have this weird wrinkle and curl to them. Other branches on the same plant look fine. This has been consistent.

Any help is appreciated.

Temp: 80F
Humidity: 45-50%
I also run a 24/0 grow
Soil
Par600 LED 5(w)

Last feed:
Added to 2.5 gallons of spring water
pH @ 6.4-6.6
Ea. Plant received 1/2-3/4 gallons

FloraGro: 2.5 tsp
FloraMicro: 5 tsp
FloraNova Bloom: 8 tsp
Calmagic: 2.5 tsp
ArmorSi: 2.5 tsp
Floralicious: 1/2 tsp

Just stay on course green.. she is very pretty but her leaves are growing silly.. that doesn't really matter as long as her stem normal..
How he is her structure?

I would also recommend you give her 4 hours of darkness.. I like 6 even more..
