Indoor Yay first grow underway! PE

Hey everyone, I purchased 3 seed a while back from bonza,
I got 1 x Automaria II Feminised Auto-Flowering Cannabis Seeds
1 x Pineapple Express Auto Flowering Cannabis Seeds
1 x Auto Bubblelicious Cannabis Seeds
I'm just starting with one to see how they go and I chose PE basically because of the movie.
They all have had been sitting in the fridge for about 4 weeks, I started germinating on Friday hoping to be back to check on it Saturday and Sunday,
I used the paper towel with 2 plates witch seemed to work easy enough,
I kept the plate in the wardrobe where I'm growing and had the light coming on 15 minutes every hour to keep some heat in there I used an old globe so it generated some heat,
Plans mucked up so I didnt get to check on the seed but I got someone to mist it,
And today when I got to where it's growing the tap root was about 6-7 cm and the seed shell had already come off does this increase risk of stunning?
All good but I put her in at about 5pm and gave a small water at 8:30 she was already popping out? It was so quick but I was wrapped.

Okay so the grow I am using 3 of these 6500k phillps

Except some little shit swapped the globes so I got home and there was a 12w'er in there
So I should get 3 in there tomorrow hopefully,

This is my set up


My logic was.. I didn't have a plate for the water to run into so I got a popcorn box and 4 plastic bags and put it in there, I thought Maybe the water will just sit there and the roots might grow Into the water???

I got all my growing stuff from bunnings, and this is all I could get from my one,
-Richgro potting mix
-Yates dynamic lifter
- earth care seasol seaweed concentrate
- earth care power feed
- some sort of water absorbing crystals things(how much should I put in about a 5L pot?)

Does anyone else feel sus as buying all the stuff for growing at once? I did especially after a few cones,

I am not sure how you are germinating still. It is not a method I know of, maybe I am too new, but I don't think they should stay IN water for more than a day or two, then into the place you want the tap root to grow, such as a damp paper towl in a plastic baggie. Damp not wet, you can mist them if they start to dry out. Also, don't close the bag all the way, leave a little airhole. You should have a tap root in a day or two or three, then immediately go into the soil with it with the taproot straight down, buried about a half inch down. The shell should pop in a day or so, then you are on your way.

I learn this method back in primary school growing carrots or
Some shit,
I didn't want to use the water glass method because I wasn't sure exactly if I could be back the next day to check on them and I'm glad I didn't I probably would have drowned them,

And I've read a lot of just the paper towel method,

And yeah personally i wouldn't go buy all my stuff from the one store in the one go, it doesn't take much for a staff member to click on and relise whats going on haha, i made three different trips to bunnings when setting up, oh and use CASH! just my two cents,

Yeh I was paranoid as anything buying it all,

UPDATE!
Day 7,
Photo taken last night,
She seems to be doing good, got nothing to compare size with but seems pretty good,

A quick question,
I have seasol and power feed, when should I give her a feed?
