Hey all,

So, trying to suss this one out. This is on 3 of my outdoor plants. They're in the same bed as a bunch of tomatoes and some other canna, but are the only ones experiencing this kind of issue. pH of the soil is sitting around 6.3 now.

Any thoughts? It's only occurring on new growth and that new growth seems to green up after a couple days, but nothing is crazy deep green like in another bed of mine, and like the other canna & tomatoes in this bed.

Not sure what it could be. not N, 'cause lower leaves are all fine, not Mg 'cause it's new growth and doesn't really look like Mg def anyways.

Would love to hear thoughts.

Well, I wish I had an easier way to test that. haha I have the bed tilled in with biochar and ProGro 5-3-4. These did get a spray of iron sulfate last week which may have started this out on these plants, but everything I have got a spray of it and it's only these plants that are exhibiting this symptom.

Also, the plants exhibiting this symptom are all the same strain. I sprayed that same iron solution on about 15 different strains in varying stages of life (clones to big plants) and these are the only ones looking like this. So weird.

That's strange indeed. Those could be like a symptom of low Fe, not too much. Or too low sulphur, but again, you just gave iron sulfate so its not that also...
