I can see a leaf developing at the meristem with what looks like a pistil on the end. Not sure what the little hair is. Is that normal? It kinda looks like a miniature version of the little dead flowers that remain on the end of a tomato.

RH:30%
Height: 2 cm
mixed 1/2 strength seedling formula, gave ~8ml to Sprouty of General Organics Go Box

Namvet25: It does look a bit like it has pistils, but what you're seeing is an extreme closeup of a 2 week old sick sproutling. I'm almost positive those are it's first leaves.

Just curious, what kind of soil are these in and are you giving them nutes?
 
Coco and 1/2 strength general organics
