Well it's been quite a while since I've come here. I was so upset about having to cull my beautiful ghazediesel that I gave them a rest. I'm back and really missing some HR smoke 
so I thought to myself autos like to have a long tap root. So as a little experiment I took a 6" piece of PVC and put about an 1.5" in the soil and the rest is sticking out. My thought is if you plant the seed in the pipe it will give it that much extra room to grow downwards. I will be running a ghazedisel in the pipe and another one along side it in just a 1gal airpot (same as other but without the pipe). Ghazedisel popped her head today! I'm going to soak another one tonight as I have her pot allready to go for her.

Well not much going on here other than the PVC lady due to my own stupidity stretched a little at first, got her right under the t5 pretty close now so hopefully won't be a problem... Here is the other lady in just the 1gal pot.
Having high hopes for lady #2, PVC chick I hope just makes it.
Also going to in the next couple of weeks pop a couple more high rise autos , (just placed another order for some ghazediesel x c99) and do a side by side with AN vs Seagrow.

Well here they are a week later... Never nothing fun in the beginning. These autos are fast so they should start taking off!
Plant without the PVC. So far not really seeing a difference in growth. This one is a couple days younger so they appear to be about the same.

Please forgive me for the long while between updates... The PVC piped plant actually looks as if the pipe may have stunted it some also one was under t5's longer than the LEDs (the PVC one was under the t5)

@cres Yes I've run two of them! The most devastating smoke ever! I love her so much I still have a mom that I don't plan in loosing any time soon... I'm getting ready to drop a mob. The finished fire is back on post #26
