You Don't Know Shit ;)

Interesting. I live on a property with a composting toilet. It is more like a worm farm than a compost toilet. By the time the "shit" comes out the end, it has totally changed to soil. It goes around the fruit trees. No ones on pharma drugs here. So I am gonna trial one auto plant just to see how it goes in the shit. What other strain could possibly be more fitting for this grow than 'THA SHIZNIT"

Wonder if we can find out if commercial compost like say...Dr Earth is made from it,It sure is nice and dark and kind of looks like it.

I reordered some Dr earth compost to replace what I used last grow and I see now its a brown dusty looking stuff, not the rich moist black compost I got last time, I even ordered another bag just to be sure it wasn't a slip up, nope same bag of dust.

I then emailed them to ask whats up with the bag of dust? guess what.... no response, so I guess their silence says it all,I am now convinced it was that composted black looking stuff in the video. It worked great mixed with my soil, and I would use it again, but someone must of figured it out and complained.

this is a sweet concept im thinking that black soldier fly worms would compost well with this. the reason i suggest that is i put tlo, dr earth, and ideal420soil all recycled soils. put it all in a 10 gallon container out in my backyard and then added some homemade myco fungi i made using ewc and oatmeal with rice i nutribulleted. it was almost pure webbed out stuff. i then mixed evrything up and just let it set as an experiment. everytime it rained i took the lid off and let it get approx 1/3 full with rainwater then promptlyt covered it. did that 3 times and then well it literally turned to shit. smelled of sewagey shit. then it got invaded by soldier fly larvae. a month later it smells delicious! they really composted the shit out of it (pun intended). so i made a tea watered it with that and did the same with some fresh custom soil mix that kept getting dry it just sucked all moisture the seedlings looked green and healthy but i had to overwater to keep it moist. too much coco is all i could assume was the issue. now the bsf larvae are in the final mix of all listed above and i gotta tell ya this soil smells like high end beautiful stuff.

We have a very elaborate toilet system at our house. :crying:

A wood box with seat & lid, 5gal bucket inside. (See "Lovable Loo" on YT.) We dig a hole & bury it (poop only; we recycle the pee, too, but differently). This season, we get to harvest some of that black gold & I cannot wait! :woohoo1:

This is still the main fertilization method for many family farmers in SE Asia & South America, esp. if they have no livestock.

I wouldn't want to use from a public facility, by MY poo is top quality, guaranteed!
