Round 2 Breeding: purple male bred w Chemdogging, 3Bears OG, and Barry White

sexed and sorted

so I have now sexed all of the plants, and found I only had two males in the entire bunch. One was a scraggler, not worth giving more light to. And one is BEAUTIFUL, stinky, and FAST. He is going to be isolated here in the next 12-24 hours.
He is a 3 Bears OG x (tyrone purps x forgotten cookies) - the tyrone purps is a tyrone's special x deep sea creature. the rest of the genetics are Mephisto. I cant get it here anymore, unless I go to a seed bank, and I dont really wanna do that because you dont get the same level of service, and I am not sure the seeds are nearly as fresh. could be psychosomatic though, too. All the plants are getting my standard autoflower feed schedule, and are planted in a 50-50 mix of potter's gold and coco.
(feed schedule forthcoming. If needed now, just go to one of my other autoflower journals. I have it posted in all of them as a single, easy to read page. )
(inset photograph here)

Here is a shot of everyone before I pulled the male, and the herms out. And a couple of others that were just too slow. I want faster genetics here. I can see the strong ass chemgogging genetics from Mephisto showing up in my Chemdogging x (tyrone purps x forgotten cookies)

What I am left with is 3 of each of the Chemdogging x (Tyrone Purps x Forgotten Cookies) and the 3 Bears OG x (Tyrone Purps x Forgotten Cookies )
One of the chems is just one of the PRETTIEST veg autos I have ever seen. She is twice the size of the rest, and was one of the first to sex. Classic Chemdogging structure to her already. Significantly taller central cola looks like it is coming out of a tabletop of flat-even secondaries. Spot on symmetrical serration, nice node spacing. I think she's a winner. It will most likely be her, and the male 3bog cross, that I concentrate the breeding on for this round. Of course they are all gonna get it, but that cross is going to get more pollinated than the others.

heres the prettiest 3bog female. Shes got some deep veining and serration to her. very pretty plant as well. Genetics are shining already. I cant wait to see what these girls gve me in the way of buds.

Chemdogging cross mother - pollination photos

So below is the Chemdogging x (forgotten cookies x tyrone purps {purp dad)) cross, about two weeks into flower. This is the point where I pollinated. The next day, I took these photos as I was moving plants around, because they were under a light that was not friendly to my camera.
KEEP IN MIND SHE IS ONLY IN 3/4GAL OF SOIL!!!!!!
She has grown beautifully at this point, seeming to hold true to her chemdogging mother. Almost completely. Her buds seem to be more akin to creme de la chem in structure, not as grown-together. there is more node-spacing, which i like. that was my only halfway-dislike about the chemdogging - that it made big, long colas the length of my arm. While those are beautiful, and look cool, I personally think the golf-ball sized, spaced out nuggets tend to be better developed, and more well-formed than the smashed-up ones. Thats my personal opinion though. She has been taking her feeds like a champ, drinking her soil dry every single day. Some days she will take up to a half gallon of feed. Big girl. if i had her in a 5 gal like some of my autos, she would be a MONSTER. She has capped out her height at just under 4 ft tall. (literally 4ft, 11 1/2in) with that classic christmas tree stance. Her branches do seem a little thin, though, so I will probably have to tie her up, or she may be dragging the ground at the end.
There are TWO pollinated branches, with a father of the same pollination as her. The Chemdogging x (forgotten cookies tyrone purps {purp dad}) you can see their pink ties in the photo below. She looks sparse but she is not. She just does has a low leaf-flower ratio. Thank goodness. I do not really like leafy buds, and they are harder to get good shots of. (yes i probably consider everything in terms of photography. )
for feeding, please reference my "auto feeding guidelines' page, within this (and all) journal(s) I do not alter feed for pollinated plants, and she is at the 2-week (flowering) mark for the schedule. So far she has not had any problems, or abnormalities. (I will update a cpl pages of her grow states, but she has looked like she does from the beginning, only smaller. She has always held that christmas-tree shape, and i have known from about the 3rd week that she was going to be the one I kept. She was twice the size of "ALL the other plants, even though i had 3 different mother/father combos growing. Straight chemdogging leaner)

I am a grower of decent experience, but not decades. I consider myself to have a good idea of what I am doing, but not quite at a professional level yet. Until very recently I have had to devote too much time to my studies to do that, but I am hoping to take things to the next level here in the near future, and appreciate any help. I grow mostly autos, mostly Mephisto, with a few random strains thrown in here and there to make things interesting. I have two solid photo phenos I have as clones, but my auto strains are constantly changing. I would love to grow, possibly breed, some good CBD strains, but haven't found what I am looking for yet. Feel free to leave comments, questions, on any of my postings. I'm pretty good at replying, because I work online in graphic design.
