Hi guys, I am just wondering if 11 litre pots would be ok for autos, I am reading conflicting stories ie bigger the pot the bigger the plant, I do agree with this definitely with photos, but are autos different in that way? I am talking about imperial litres approximately 2.5 gallon pots, (using soil) would appreciate any feedback thanks in advance

I notice a difference in going from 6.5litres to 9 litres 100%. I still however dought 11litres would make much difference due to autos not getting a long veg time. Im sure ive read the difference was only a couple of grams. In which case makes me think 11litre pots will take up more room so better to go with the 9litres if you can fit an extra plant in because of them being smaller in pot size. Others will swear by it but id love to see different pot sizes grown side by side to convince me lol

to answer your question though sorry yeah 11litres will be more than ok for autos :)

11litre pots are sound!!!! growing automazar's in 11litre square pots and the smallest girl measured in at 100cm, the tallest is 110cm :booya:

The bigger the pot = the bigger the buds....The bigger the pot = plant takes longer to finish.

If space is a concern for you then smaller pots would be what id use. I have two NL that are 36 inches tall in 3 gal pots.

I have grown in 3gal bags several times and most plants are between 18 and 24in, with anywhere from 20 to 40+gr dry. My next grow will be in 5gal bags because I think the yeild will be more, like 20-30% more. Check the seed breeder, most will note if the yeild improves with larger pot size. The gens are still not as stable as photos and so far I have never been able to get all five of my plants to mature equally.
