at that size, about 30-35 inches away. My plants are in the first week of flowering now and I have just reached the point were they are ~16-22 inches away, and that is with a hood and glass cover.
yeah I have got a hood and glass cover as well.. i might move it up a bit
could my lighting placement be affecting my temps/humidity?!?!?
Depending on your air circulation yes. Where are you measuring temp from? Top of plants or ground level?

Yup, a good soaking is necessary, as is breaking them up.... that's why I was so happy to have found the granules! LOL!- "seasoning" the surface is a good idea too! This time, it should do the trick,...** I just thought of something else that may help, indirectly, and be handy for many other things: A water spreader, or wetting agent....fantastic stuff, it's a surfactant that takes the surface tension out of the water, or whatever soln. you're spraying with, so that it coats and covers evenly, instead of beading up, and rolling off; it's used for foliar spraying of nute's, supplements, or bug killer products, and it also helps with soil that's become difficult and slow to absorb water/nute's; for the bugs, most all are kinda waterproof to some degree, but with this stuff, the soln. soaks and saturates their butts on contact, which suffocates them quickly! Look'm up online or at your local shop,... shouldn't be expensive, most are about $10-15... Anyway, when foliar spraying, the idea is that the more surface area that gets covered, the more gets absorbed by the plant! This is the fastest way to get things into the plant, so it's ideal for treating nute' deficiencies... let us know if you want to try this method at some point, and we'll get it dialed in for you,...

I am measuring from basically where like the top of the pots are (3 gallon pots)...Should I be measuring from another location..higher/lower? I just moved my light up some and added a larger fan on the outside of tent. I've been keeping the tent door half way open which is fine now but once the smell comes, that is not gonna be possible..
Anyone got opinions on my intake/filter setup?? I posted a pic of that..Would it help with humidity if i got that thing going? I want to make sure that I even have it set up properly..

Waira, ya buddy just fry em right outta the sky.Or a heat gun on low,watch em drop to the floor.LOL!Ive never had a single pest issue since I switched to he SNS to be honest.And Ive never had a taste issue in the slighest.My Jack Herer is the smoothest ,most sweet tasting smoke I grew this round.It tastes excellent,and smells better.

Yeah Waira, I'm with EoF that you don't have to worry about taste issues with SNS. I stop applying 1-2 weeks before harvesting cannabis or vegetables just to be safe. Basically it's just food grade rosemeric acid from the rosemary plant, so it's definitely not going to be like smoking or eating nutes.
