New Grower 1st time, COMPLETE beginner with loads of worries.....

Day 44 on Monday, was thinking of switching the lights to 20/4 or 18/6 been on 24/0 so far but wondered if it helps or not in real life.
All the press and science say you don't need to but then most people start to compare them with animals and humans saying " don't you need sleep"...... ......but I'm not genetically engineered like that and they are.
What say the AFN?

Just caught up here and looks like it's coming along nicely for you!
As for lights on/off - I've read that *stitch* the breeder from Flash seeds always uses 24hours becuase he needs to know they are autoing properly, so in my mind, this means it can't possibly be a bad idea.
I'm a bit tight when it comes to the electricity bill so with Autos I run 20/4 - i've tried 18/6 and my yield wasnt so good - this could have possibly been down to environment or strain or maybe bad growing.
Just thought i'd throw my 2 cents at ya
