How far away are the lights? Seedlings don't need near the light intensity as grown plants do.

Ob'-- I'm not hempy experienced, so I'll get a hydro-guy down here,.. that said, your nutes are too strong, even diluted,.. you need dedicated canna hydro nute's for sure, as a beginner, to much potential for error and other culture probs,.. And for absolute sure, pH monitoring and adjusting is critical for any soilless type grow! there will be nothing but pain if you don't equip and educated yourself on all these things,... hydro is all about the details, and regular testing and management,... bone-up and reboot the grow, or try soil, or Promix (peat based, technically soilless)....
