Today I finally made it to one of the two open legal recreational pot shops today. It is only about 5 miles from me at the most, I just hadn't got over there yet other than to see where it was.
As you have heard, Washington is having a hard time getting product in the stores. They had two price points, $45 for two grams and $60 for two grams. Yep and they have a problem with having enough stock.
There were guys my age there lost as hell. One guy I talked to said he wanted something for his pain. The highest CBD they had was only like .5 CBD. Anyway I had to jump in to help him as I kinda felt sorry for the guy. Can you imagine not having bought pot never before or not for 30 years? Amazing. The old guys know when you could buy pot or buy pot. Maybe. Then it was a half day process. And now? Walk in and buy your pot and bong.
I am glad I went to check it out. The price will work out when all of the growers get on line. There are so few right now, it is crazy. But it will work out.
I live across the river from Oregon and they will vote this fall. They are anticipating 130-14o a zip for recreational there man. If that happens, I am sure Washington will make changes to get in line and not lose revenue.
