Mephisto Genetics 2 Cosmic Queens by slowandeasy

I can't keep Track of your descriptions, they change from day to day. Dirty sock, subway station, gym locker...all are unpleasant and associated with problems with plants. If you want me to be blunt, I will. Your plant looks like it has issues to me. Undeveloped for its age and zero density to it. It will go 90+ days and the yield will not be great. All signs of root problems. But what do I know?
lol no actually I didn't even ask you anything!
I'm sure you know it all, and will definitely leave you to it!
Cheers!

I know I have much more experience than you and that my points are completely valid. If you think that your results are good, that's all that matters. From anyone's eyes with even minimal experience, they would wonder why your plant is so underdeveloped. Yourself included, you keep wondering when they will finish. Day 63 plants should be much more developed. Obviously you think it is impossible for your plants to have root issues. You could have bugs, not beneficial. Overwatering can happen. I can tell that you don't like people to suggest that you could have problems. By reading your posts I can tell that you think you are above other people intellectually. It makes me laugh.

Well then, laugh away.
I have no need to prove anything to you and you are free to think what you like.

Just as I am free to take issue with someone starting to diss my plant on another thread, completely out of context, and seemingly out of thin air. How could I know that you are in actuality following my thread closely - why not voice your concerns there, as would be normal?
I might have thanked you and gone to check my soil, because I am in the lucky position to actually be able to do that, not because I'm better in any way. pfft

Cheers and good luck to you

This is my thread, you came into it. Read back, I kindly said that you could have root issues. You laughed it off. Want me to go back and quote you? I highly doubt me bringing it up in your thread would be different. Btw, anyone who actually takes the time to write pfft...is a complete douche bag. Please leave

Lets totally hijack this thread!!!! But I'm still keeping it in the context of plants and root problems so don't diss me boys!

Ok, so I was just thinking to myself yesterday when I was reading this skirmish of a thread that I wish my pots (autopots) had a couple of transparent windows built in to them so I could see the roots during the entire grow. I know roots can't survive in light so would need a way to close the window.

I do love using the clear plastic cups to start off a plant so I can see whats going on. See the moisture level. See the roots develop. I'd love to see that ability in the bigger pots.

And one more thing on my wish list is a root rot detector. Some sort of device that can detect root rot. That would be cool.

A cheap fiber optic camera system for gardening would be a tool that I'd have if available.

Also Slow you know your shit for sure and I PM you every day asking for advice etc. Hell I'd pay you to get the kind of "advice" you are giving here. You tell me I have a root problem, I'm listening for sure. But I'm from the class of 2017 newbies so I don't mind getting advice or some analysis done on my grows.

Hey man, I might come off direct or harsh sometimes. I can't tell exactly what is going on in everyone else's gardens. But growing thousands of plants will teach you things. It doesn't matter if you grow in Soil, Coco, or Hydro...plants with problems will present themselves. People can choose to accept the facts or remain in denial about their plants. I am a realistic type of person. Seasoned growers run into issues too, the difference is most of us are proactive so issues are far less common. New growers are just less experienced. I don't think that I am smarter than anyone. However, experience is something you can only gain over time. This new generation of youth seem to think that they know more about everything in life...yet lack life experiences. The internet is definitely an excellent tool for learning and sharing...but it has warped the minds of so many people into thinking that they are smarter than they really are just because they hear everything from the internet.

Oh ya you can but it don't bother me bro. I kind of like it, but only as a spectator, not the recipient!!!!

I'm going to go search the internet for a "root cam". I'm sure there must be one out there somewhere. The internet is fucking fantastic, worts and all!

Day 30 from seed. Both plants have filled out like bushes. The smaller one still shorter, but has bushed out in the past week a lot. They are ready to kick into flower soon, they are preflowering like mad. I am surprised at the size of the one, you could only do 4 of them in a 4x4 space that size, in a 1_GAL pot. I will take some pics later. This strain is a typical Subcool growing/looking strain so far. Tons of bud sites, tons of small leaves, pain in the ass to trim, but Will be frosty as hell predict.

I don't like to manipulate my strains the first time I do them. I like to see what they do. Next time I will be more aggressive with the thinning out of under growth and excess veg growth. The structure is nice on both, not much need to train. I am looking forward to the next few weeks to see how they fill out.
