Shameful; dumping all that trash in the woods and diverting water for an illegal grow during a terrible drought? These people really are giving the rest of us a bad name. Props to the HCSO for letting that legit grower alone after checking her paperwork. It still blows my mind when I hear about growers being allowed to keep growing after a run in with law enforcement, legit or no!
