We don't have the 3w version any more oldcoot, why not just go with the 5w one? The actuall wattage is not higher a lot, but light will be brighter and better penetration.

old coot I am also wary of 5 watt chips. I will only buy 3 watt panels, until I see the science behind 5 watt chips.
have not seen it yet

Any suggestions on a 300 to 400 watt led here in the states for a decent price ?
Harder than i thought looking around for one with a good rep.
