Indoor 600watt hps easy ryder & russian rocket fuel grow

so soil arrived yesterday but they sent me all mix instaed of light mix and ontop of that i misjudged how much i needed so soil is now

1/4 biobizz all mix
1/4 perlite
1/4 coco block
1/4 multi compost
and some garden lime as the multipurpose is around 5.6.

i didnt wait too long for the lime to settle down as
1. i wasnt really sure till it was too late and
2. i am a week behind and need to get things moving.. if they turn out crippled mutated wrecks ill deal with that as it comes.
i did the same for the airpotted seedlings and they survived so hopefuly anyway.

the 2 rrfs are doing fine slow enough but hopefully just root development. the one with the seed casing stuck on it now has a weird yellow cotyledon but new growth is fine.

one on monday and the rest yesterday.
one of the rrfs is looking a bit nute burnt i think. twisted leaves and some brown spots though the one that had the seed casing on it has caught up and is looking pretty good.

attachment.php

bit of stretch in all of them as i was away for a few days and had them low. the tent now has its own coffee table to remedy this.

i also planted my last rrf seed in some of the new soil as a backup if the burnt one dies. 7 total now.

the burnt(?) seedling is still the same bit worse maybe, i think its done for...
im wondering exactly what went wrong as if i replace it was it the soil etc. the other plant in the same soil that had a seed casing stuck on it is doing great now anyway so im not sure what to do. if it was the lime it should be calmed down now but if its nutes maybe not. any ideas?

sorry bout the rrf man...it happens, its why i start 3x the seed...between death and males (which = death) its what works for me. im subd:pop:

welcome aboard:thumbs:
yeh so far i think ive been very lucky, ive never lost a seed (only planted about 20) and this will be the first seedling to go in the bin. only had one photo herm slightly last grow due to some stress. the rrfs are all kinda backups anyway. if i need the space and need to chop anything theyre first in line :twist:
getting some new soil in a few hours so there will be 3 different soil mixes for two strains, that should complicate things nicely.

transplanted the new rrf kind of accidentally tiered it without anything to support the soil so extra stones..

also switched the cycle to 20/4 it had been 24 hour light till now as i was away and it was easier to keep temps stable. freezing here at the moment. havent set up a proper outdoor intake yet for the same reasons.

just been misting soil since ive planted these too prettymuch. ill start feeding the large rrf soon enough at 1/2 or 1/4 strength with gh flora 3 part.
